During the initial consultation, we will discuss your client's goals and take a tour of the home using "buyers' eyes." This helps sellers disassociate from the home, and be more willing to make the changes needed. We will analyze all the rooms and furniture and view the home as a whole (including curb appeal) to generate a Home Preparation Plan, outlining items that should be addressed before we come to stage.
If the client decides to stage with us, furniture will be positioned for optimal flow and space. We will place art, accessories and light furniture pieces from our vast inventory to appeal to the home's specific buyer demographic. We also take photos for your MLS listing at the conclusion of our staging day, eliminating the need to hire a professional photographer. Because we genuinely care about the success of your sale, as part of our staging package, we leave our inventory items for 30 days to create the emotional connection points needed. After the 30 days, your can decide whether to rent some or all of the items at a monthly rate.
