Buyers Desire Home Staging was founded in 2011 as home staging was just gaining popularity on the East Coast. Having a love and talent for design, we knew that we could help sellers enjoy the same success that the West Coast was experiencing with home staging.
At this time, the housing market was still on shaky ground after the crash of 2008. It was a “buyers market” when it was standard for houses to sit unsold. Almost magically, the homes we staged sold in record time! Clients were thrilled that what they thought was going to be an arduous task in selling their home became almost effortless.
As the housing market continued to improve and turned into a “sellers market”, things only got better. Our clients not only sold more quickly than other unstaged homes, but received many offers creating bidding wars and selling well over asking price.
FOR OVER EIGHT YEARS WE HAVE STAGED HUNDREDS OF HOMES AND HELPED OUR CLIENTS SELL SO THEY COULD MOVE ON TO THEIR NEXT CHAPTER.
The internet makes it possible for buyers to browse countless homes without ever leaving their couch. Your home deserves to stand apart from the others and motivate buyers to get off their couches and into your open house to make an offer!
It is pretty simple - staged homes sell. But we take it a step further.
We know that selling your home is stressful and there is a lot for you to do aside from trying to make it seem like you live in a model home. Our proven staging process entices buyers to make strong offers, reducing time on market - saving you time, money and providing peace of mind!
Buyers Desire Home Staging is owned and operated by husband and wife team Brendan and Tiffany Arsenault.
